How does the order process work at Studioculture?
All items are made-to-order. Once you place your order, it goes into production and is shipped directly to your address.
Thanks to our print-on-demand partners Printful and Printify, we produce sustainably and avoid overproduction.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible within a few minutes after ordering. Since production starts quickly, please reach out to us immediately if you need to make a change.
Why are products made on demand?
On-demand production helps reduce waste and overproduction. Each item is made especially for you once you order.
How long does shipping take?
Production time is usually 2–7 business days.
Shipping to Austria takes about 3–15 business days after production. Depending on your location.
Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
Items may come from different fulfillment centers, so they can arrive separately to speed up delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Austria. International shipping is planned for the future.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Please double-check before ordering.
Are your products unisex?
Yes, unless otherwise noted. Always refer to the product description for sizing fit (e.g., oversized, fitted).
Are the colors exactly as shown?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric differences.
Can I return or exchange an item?
As all products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review sizing and product details carefully.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
How do I start a claim?
Send us an email or use our contact form. We’ll review the case and offer a solution—either a replacement or a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
